2.5 sugalph reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
2.6 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address. sugalph may request additional documentation at any time.
3.1 sugalph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.
3.2 All transactions on sugalph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change.
3.3 Deposits are credited to your sugalph account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. sugalph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

3.6 Player funds are held in accounts separate from sugalph's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the event of insolvency, though it does not constitute a guarantee of repayment in all circumstances.

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sugalph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
6.3 The sugalph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of sugalph. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of sugalph.
7.1 The sugalph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sugalph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its games.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sugalph shall not be liable for:

7.4 Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on games and that sugalph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the platform.
8.1 You may close your sugalph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
8.2 sugalph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
8.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, sugalph reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits (net of withdrawals already made) will be returned subject to applicable legal requirements.
8.4 Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through the responsible gaming tools may not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion during the exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
9.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent sugalph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
10.1 sugalph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sugalph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
10.2 Your continued use of the sugalph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.
